The highest mountain in Jordan, with an elevation of 1,854 metres, this mountain overlooks and lies close to the border with Saudi Arabia.
Located within Wadi Rum, near to the Saudi Arabian border, it is not a very challenging climb, only taking about 2 hours to reach the top.

NOTE: These are prices for the hike and lunch, they DO NOT include an overnight stay in our camp. If you wish to stay overnight in our camp, please remember to tick the ‘Overnight in camp’ option as well as ‘Jabal Umm Ad Dami’ when completing our online booking form.
Jabal Umm Ad Dami is the highest mountain in Jordan, reaching a height of 1,854 metres (6,803 feet). Located within Wadi Rum, near to the Saudi Arabian border, it is not a very challenging climb, only taking about 2 hours to reach the top. That being said, it is recommended you stay in our Bedouin camp the night before the climb to allow us to have an early start in order to avoid the higher temperatures later in the day. Your typical day may look something like this: Wake up in our camp and have breakfast; set off on the 1 hour drive to Jabal Umm Ad Dami at 8am; Start walking at 9am, summiting at 11am; back to the bottom for 12pm; your guide will cook lunch for you; after lunch you can go and see the white sand area, with white sand dunes and a white rock bridge; then the one hour drive back to camp where you can relax before being taken to a viewpoint to watch sunset. If there is spare time, it is possible your guide will take you to some of the famous sites in Wadi Rum too, such as Lawrence of Arabia’s house.
