The Wadi Rum full day 4×4 tour is the ultimate introduction to the Wadi Rum desert. Starting between 9-10am, your Bedouin guide will take you to 10+ sites, all equally as fascinating. You will have the opportunity to go sandboarding, hike through a canyon, and watch the sunset from a stunning viewpoint, while your guide makes you tea on an open campfire.

You will be taken to places such as an ancient temple, Lawrence of Arabia’s house, the famous local water spring, and more!

Itinerary

1. Nabataean Temple

Built on the ruins of an even more ancient temple, this 2000 year old temple was used by the Nabataeans to worship their godess.

2. Lawrence's Spring

Named after Lawrence of Arabia, this is where he bathed during the Arab Revolt. It now serves as a water source for animals.

3. Red Dunes

Large red sand dunes, piled up against a mountain. Famous for being in several Hollywood movies, such as Star Wars.

4. Khazali Canyon

A 150 metre deep rock fissure full of ancient inscriptions. This narrow crack in the mountain is full of history.

5. Little Rock Bridge

A small but beautiful rock bridge with great views of the red sand valley.

6. Lawrence's House

As the name suggests, this is supposedly where Lawrence of Arabia lived. It was built on top of a Nabataean water cistern.

7. Mushroom Rocks

A unique rock formation caused by years upon years of erosion.

8. Burrah Canyon

This second fissure is much wider and longer than the first. At the end of the canyon it opens up to vast views of Wadi Rum.

9. Um Frouth Bridge

A magnificent natural rock arch, it is one of the most photographed places in Wadi Rum for a reason.

10. Sunset

Your final stop will be a sunset viewpoint on the rocks. You can rest here while your Bedouin guide makes you tea on the campfire.
